We wanted to write a song that captured that internal pressure, like you're holding everything in until eventually, something gives.The “tick tock, time bomb” line isn’t just about exploding in anger. It's about being emotionally volatile without even realizing it. It’s the countdown you don’t hear until it’s too late. The burnout we talk about in the chorus isn’t just physical exhaustion, it's about feeling emotionally spent, like you’ve given everything and have nothing left, but you're still expected to keep going.Each verse touches on that feeling of being let down by people, by systems, by the version of life you thought you were chasing.
